Privacy & terms
The plain version.
We're two people running a small refurbishing operation out of a lakeside garage. The rules here are what they'd be if you bought from us in person — only written down because the internet asks.
What we collect
Whichever contact method you sign up with (email OR phone — one, not both). Optional things you choose to add: a backup contact, a delivery address (only when delivering), a payment-app handle, a Facebook handle. Saved-piece favorites. Inquiry and order history.
What we use it for
Talking to you about pieces and orders. That's it. We don't run analytics on you. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except payment apps you choose to use — and that handoff happens in person.
Payments
We don't store card numbers; we don't have a payment processor today. You pay at handoff via cash, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. Those apps have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Just the one that keeps you signed in. We don't run third-party trackers.
Your data, your call
Email hello@restoredbyelena.comand ask for: a copy of your data, deletion of your data, or anything else. We'll do it within a week. Deleting your account keeps the order history that's relevant to taxes and proof-of-sale — names and contact details are wiped.
Sales terms
Pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once it's sold, it's sold. Holds are soft — 24h, non-binding (you don't pay for a hold). Auction bids are binding. Customization deposits (50%) are non-refundable because Elena buys materials and starts work immediately.
Disputes
We're in Rogers, Arkansas. If something goes sideways, talk to Elena first. She's reasonable. Small claims court if we can't work it out, in Benton County.
Changes
If this page changes meaningfully, we'll email you. Last updated: when we launch the site.
We're not lawyers. This page is honest, not exhaustive. If you need lawyer language for a specific situation, reach out and we'll talk.
